Graduate Accelerated Training Program

We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate with 0-2 years of work experience with an agile mindset to become part of our Sales team based in La Vergne, TN (Suburb of Nashville). You will report to the President of the North American division of this Global Company. As part of this role, you'll collaborate closely with the North American sales team and the local market representatives. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on our business and actively contribute to our ambitious growth objectives. Your direct support will help the Sales team achieve their sales goals while maintaining the company's high standards. You will be part of our training program which enables you to:

  • Deliver meaningful projects with impact on our business immersed into production immediately.
  • Own responsibilities and challenging projects for you to accelerate your professional development and personal growth
  • Enjoy the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bringing strategic thinking and creativity into play to challenge the status quo, with exposure to senior leadership
  • Take on more responsibility after successful completion of the program, either in your current team, or in a different function/division/location based on your performance and available opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prioritize potential customers and actively manage the sales process by making sales calls, product demonstrations and manage the relationship during pre-sales, market test, rollout and post-sales activities.
  • Develop strategy to support distributors to ensure budget goals.
  • Demonstrates an ability to challenge the customer's status quo and proactively provides an insight demonstrating a strong value proposition.
  • Manage the internal and external sales processes for the segment.
  • Provide feedback to the Business Development and Marketing Teams regarding segment trends, competitive conditions, product suggestions and growth opportunities.
  • Submit monthly work plan and progress report to management team.
  • Act as primary Industry Liaison in events such as trade shows, conferences, customer events, etc.
  • Operate within expense budget guidelines.
  • Participate with Sales, Business Development, Finance and Marketing Teams during the planning process.
  • Manage reference customers and develop testimonials, case studies and ROI information.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Prefer Master's Degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or business development
  • La Vergne, Tennessee, United States
