TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for compliance with processes established by To Go Stores and/or wholesalers.

2. Supervises the execution of work assigned to "Team Members", both in the cash area and in the sales area.

3. Responsible for assisting in the compliance of inventory management, sales budget, expenses, inspections, and audits. In addition to compliance with state and federal regulations (including OSHA, EPA, and JCA).

4. Monitors and assists in the supervision of merchandise purchases, assists the manager and assistant in ensuring that each service that impacts sales is in proper functioning.

5. Communicates problems related to employees, inventory, technical situations, and customer service.

6. Assists the Manager and Store Assistant in covering work shifts when necessary.

7. Provides fast and courteous customer service and handles situations with customers.

8. Prepares reports required by the company, such as the 24-hour report, competitor "Survey", cash register balances, and lottery balance among others.

9. Keeps store areas clean and organized, as well as keeping sales areas stocked with merchandise.

10. Responsible for changing gasoline prices when required.

11. Responsible for the effective rotation of merchandise in the sales area as well as in the warehouse.

12. Performs the essential tasks and responsibilities of team members.
