Longfellow Design Build, Inc., a reputable design-build firm and real estate developer, is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Lincoln, New Hampshire. As a rapidly growing company with significant opportunities for advancement, we are looking for dynamic leaders who excel in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will engage in all aspects of the design process, collaborating closely with clients on planning and design. You will play a key role in the creation of new building designs, additions, and renovations, overseeing projects from initial concept through to completion.
*Responsibilities:*
* Work directly with clients to design a high quality, innovative and functional design for their project.
* Produce detailed plans and make any necessary adjustments or corrections.
* Keep within budgets and timelines.
* Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the accuracy of early design work.
* Research and incorporate artistic elements into designs as needed.
* Work with the client on the selection of materials and finishes.
*Requirements:*
* Working knowledge of and experience with design software (Revit,AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop).
* Significantly detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
* Strong communication skills and possess notable problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
