Business Analyst with extensive Procurement, Tendering and Security experience required for a demanding engagement lead the selection and procurement of a Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC). This is a Dublin based role and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the business and technical requirements definition for the Managed SOC procurement, supporting vendor evaluation, and contributing to RFP development. The successful candidate will capture and document business, functional, non-functional, and operating model requirements, ensuring they are clear, traceable, and approved by stakeholders. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops across Cyber Security, Technology Operations, and wider business teams to drive consensus on requirements, standards, and priorities. The Business Analyst will support vendor evaluation activities, including scoring frameworks, response analysis, gap identification, and risk assessment. Additionally the successful candidate will contribute to drafting the final RFP, maintaining requirements traceability, and supporting governance, audit, and decision documentation. We are looking to speak to experienced Business Analysts with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements in a security capacity. Experience with SIEM, MDR, SOC operations, or enterprise security tooling is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate strong Business Analysis experience with a proven track record in procurement focused roles defining and developing RFPs for end clients. The ideal candidate will have this kind of experience within roles focused on selecting security or SOC-related systems and successful vendor identification.
