• 2+ years of experience in closing high-ticket sales (insurance, real estate, coaching, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in conducting Zoom/phone consultations
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Life and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote sales tools
