Key Responsibilities
More specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Know and comply at all times with applicable quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts (electric, propane, or diesel).
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Repair or replace defective components (brakes, engines, hydraulic systems, etc.).
- Carry out safety inspections and ensure compliance with current standards
- Adjust, calibrate, and test quipment after repairs.
- Read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan interventions.
- Contribute to any other related duties or responsibilities as required by operational needs.
