In the Produce Managers absence, this role assumes full responsibility for department management, including staff supervision and compliance with company standards./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDeliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product inquiries./liliTrain, mentor, and support new hires; ensure all team members follow department procedures./liliManage scheduling, product sheets, and product ordering to maintain efficient operations./liliOversee department during Produce Managers absence, including staff supervision and disciplinary actions./liliReceive, verify, and stock merchandise; maintain accurate invoices and logs./liliEnsure displays are fully stocked, neat, and appealing; follow proper rotation and pricing procedures./liliPrepare, package, label, and price products accurately./liliOperate equipment safely and effectively./liliMonitor compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies; adhere to health and safety regulations./liliSupport space management plans and control damaged goods according to policy./liliPerform additional duties as assigned./li/ulpRequirements: Exceptional customer service skills. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress. Must be able to read and do simple math problems.
