Navigate high-stakes negotiations and provide timely insights that guide both client and internal decisions./liliClient Strategy Execution Business Growth: Manage complex accounts to drive results and meet sales and retention targets. Guide cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and deliver client value. Apply financial acumen and market insights to assess risks, evaluate strategic options, and influence outcomes./liliClient Relationship Leadership : Lead long-term client relationships with a deep understanding of goals, priorities, and internal dynamics. Serve as the primary advisor, build trust through tailored, outcome-focused solutions, and proactively address risks and opportunities to drive satisfaction./liliStrategic Communication Influence : Communicate clearly and adaptably across clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Align stakeholders and resources to drive progress toward organizational and client goals. Apply sound judgment to prioritize actions knowing when to escalate, delegate or take independent initiative./li/ulpQualifications/pulli7+ years of experience in client-facing roles; healthcare benefits or consulting experience strongly preferred./liliBachelors degree preferred./liliMBA or other advanced degrees preferred./liliProven success in managing complex client relationships and driving strategic outcomes through consultative engagement./liliStrong business and financial acumen. Ability to assess risk, identify opportunities and influence results./liliSkilled at leading complex client conversations, influencing stakeholders and delivering difficult messages with professionalism and confidence./liliStrong internal collaboration skills and experience guiding cross-functional efforts./liliExecutive presence with exceptional relationship-building skills./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complexity and tailor messaging to various audiences./liliHighly organized with strong project management skills.
