Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver in-home evaluation and treatment services for adult and geriatric patients. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized care plans; and implement evidence-based interventions that enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and caregivers.
