This role offers meaningful experience working alongside healthcare professionals while serving a mission-driven population./ppCompensation Details:/pulliPay: $20 hr/liliHW: $5.09 hr/liliPTO: 80 hours accrued annually/liliSick Leave: 56 hours accrued annually/liliHolidays: 11 paid annually/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliCompletion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program/liliMust possess and maintain active CNA certification/liliMinimum of 1 year experience within the last 2 years in an ambulatory and/or acute care setting/liliAbility to perform patient care duties within scope of practice/liliStrong communication and teamwork skills/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliProvide direct patient care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility/liliMonitor patients and report changes in condition to nursing staff/liliAssist in transporting patients (wheelchair, stretcher, or ambulatory) within the facility/liliSupport specimen collection, handling, and transport for laboratory testing within scope of practice/liliApply and remove bandages, simple dressings, and hot/cold packs/liliAssist providers during patient examinations and procedures by preparing equipment and positioning patients/liliClean wounds, apply dressings, and assist with suture or staple removal as directed/liliMaintain cleanliness of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies/liliAssist with patient admissions, discharges, and documentation in medical records/liliPerform basic administrative support such as filing and completing lab/x-ray/EKG forms/liliEnsure proper handling of linens, supplies, and equipment per facility policies/liliMay be assigned to various units including inpatient wards, clinics, or specialty departments/li/ulpAbout CentralCare Inc:/ppCentralCare Incorporated is a leading SBA certified, woman-owned small business dedicated to providing exceptional medical professionals to support the needs of military and civilian healthcare facilities.
