Network Security Analyst II – RSA Archer Specialist
is a senior‑level technical role responsible for
architecting, implementing, optimizing, and sustaining enterprise RSA Archer GRC solutions . This position requires deep platform expertise, strong analytical capability, and the ability to translate complex governance, risk, and compliance requirements into scalable Archer solutions. The ideal candidate is a
certified Archer expert , a
self‑directed technical leader , and a
strategic partner
to security, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders. This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments, understands regulatory frameworks, and consistently delivers high‑quality, production‑ready solutions. Required Certification (Must Have) Candidates
must
hold one of the following active certifications: Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Candidates without one of these certifications will not be considered. Core Responsibilities Architect RSA Archer Solutions
for: Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Controls Assurance Program Management Issues Management Custom enterprise applications System‑to‑system integrations Gather and translate business requirements
into: Technical solution designs Configuration specifications User stories Implementation roadmaps Configure and customize Archer
including: Questionnaires, surveys, and data collection workflows Forms, fields, access controls, and role‑based permissions Calculations, data relationships, and cross‑references Data feeds, automated imports, and scheduled jobs Develop API integrations
using RESTful services and web services to connect Archer with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, risk systems). Implement client‑side logic
using JavaScript/jQuery for dynamic UI behavior, validations, and enhanced user experience. Produce comprehensive documentation
including: System design artifacts Integration specifications Test plans and results Change management documentation Process transformation deliverables Support governance processes
including change control, release management, and production deployment standards. Troubleshoot and optimize Archer
for performance, stability, and user adoption. Provide training and knowledge transfer
to end users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience (Minimum 5 Years) Expert‑level RSA Archer platform knowledge Strong GRC, risk, and compliance understanding REST API and web services integration experience JavaScript/jQuery proficiency Ability to convert complex requirements into technical solutions Strong documentation and communication skills Experience in structured, change‑controlled environments Ability to work independently on complex implementations Preferred Qualifications (10+ Years) Large enterprise or government GRC implementation experience Familiarity with security frameworks
such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC ServiceNow or ITSM integration experience Prior experience in
information security, risk management, or compliance Work Environment Operates independently and collaboratively across
security, risk, compliance, IT, and business teams Supports
mission‑critical GRC operations
for a major state agency Expected to deliver
high‑quality, production‑ready solutions
with minimal oversight
