Make a difference./ph3Job Description/h3pThe Nursing Assistant assists in the treatment and care of the patient under the direction of a Staff RN./pulliProvides personal care that includes bathing, feeding, skin and mouth care and changing bed lines./liliCollects, documents, and reports vital signs such as: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, height and weight./liliEmpties patient drainage containers and maintains accurate intake and output records./liliAssists with pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care which includes, positioning, lifting and turning./liliReports changes observed in condition or behavior of patient./liliAssists with treatment procedures./liliAssists in maintaining supplies and reports malfunctioning equipment./liliRemains compliant with HIPAA, maintains professionalism and ensures confidentiality of patient information./li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred. STNA preferred./liliCPR/When Seconds Count/HOPE within the first six months of employment./liliNursing assistant experience preferred./li/ulpMust be able to physically exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work. Position may require frequent patient handling activity./p/div
