divh2Territory Sales Representative/h2pWe are partnering with a growing and innovative manufacturer of CNC machine tool accessories on their search for a Territory Sales Representative (TX, LA, OK, MO, IA, AR). This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the CNC machine tool industry who understands how to successfully sell through distribution channels, while also engaging directly with end users./ppThe Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and providing consultative solutions that improve product longevity and reliability for customers across the assigned territory./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals within the assigned territory/liliIdentify, target, and develop relationships with distributors and key end users in the CNC and manufacturing market/liliServe as a trusted advisor to distribution partners, recommending solutions that address customer challenges related to performance, longevity, and reliability/liliConduct product presentations and demonstrations to clearly communicate product value and technical advantages/liliCollaborate with internal technical, operations, and support teams to ensure timely and effective customer support/liliMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to uncover new opportunities/liliPrepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates/liliRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and expand market presence/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliProven track record of success in B2B sales; experience in CNC, machine tools, industrial equipment, or manufacturing preferred/liliExperience selling through distribution channels and managing distributor relationships/liliStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical way/liliSelf-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to manage a territory independently/liliWillingness and ability to travel within the territory as required (TX, LA, OK, MO, IA, AR); overnights up to 7 nights/month/liliExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools/liliStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused, consultative sales approach/li/ul/div
