Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life./ppstrongWhat are we looking for?/strong/ppThe strongSales Representative/strong position is responsible for direct sales activity within an assigned territory, identifying and developing new accounts leveraging Interteks Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification (ATIC) solutions. Were looking for somebody who is self-sufficient with an entrepreneurial approach in their work. The strongSales Representative/strong will spend at least 50% of the time outside of the office visiting clients, attending trade shows, etc. This is a In-Office position - Not remote. strongThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship./strong/ppstrongSalary
Benefits Information/strong/ppThe base wage or salary range for this position is $65K-$80K. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Our Sales Representatives are offered a base salary plus monthly incentive eligibility based on sales goals./ppWhen working with Intertek, you can expect a benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more./ppstrongWhat youll do:/strong/pulliSell Interteks ATIC services within assigned vertical, account and territory through effective client research, prospecting, and networking./liliMeet with current and prospective customers face to face via client presentations and participation at trade shows./liliMeet order and revenue quotas on a monthly basis./liliWrite and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing; Follow through on sales transactions to ensure a superior customer experience for every project./liliProvide outstanding customer service./liliMeet all KPI targets and log activity in to iConnect (CRM), as required./liliPrepare sales reports and forecasts, as required./liliPerform other duties as required./li/ulpstrongMinimum Requirements
Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED Equivalent/lili1 year successful Outside Sales experience/liliSuperior interpersonal and customer service skills/liliValid unrestricted drivers license and reliable driving record/liliClose geographical proximity to Intertek Local Lab
This is an in-office position (not remote)/liliExceptional ability to communicate and interact effectively in written, verbal written and presentation formats/liliExcellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills/liliExcellent administrative skills and ability to sit at a desk for hours within office hours/liliExperience with writing quotes within CRM and processing documents within various Software Systems/liliAble to meet required monthly KPIs and enter them efficiently and effectively within CRM/liliMust be positively energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities/liliWorking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint/liliAbility to travel at least 50% of the time/liliPhysical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and to perform all clerical functions inherent to the position/li/ulpstrongPreferred Requirements
