*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, developing insightful visualisations, and supporting business decision-making processes. *Responsibilities*
* Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other relevant tools
* Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively
* Design and maintain databases using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and optimise database structures through database design principles
* Support project management activities by applying SDLC methodologies and Visio for process modelling
* Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
* Automate routine data processing tasks using VBA and Bash (Unix shell) scripting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
* Assist in the development of reports and presentations for stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a dynamic environment
* Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and VBA programming
* Experience working with Oracle databases and Microsoft SQL Server environments
* Knowledge of SDLC processes and project management methodologies
* Demonstrable skills in business analysis, database design, and data visualisation techniques
* Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation
* Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear recommendations
* Prior experience working on data-driven projects that support strategic decision-making is highly desirable
