Leitrim Our client is hiring a Programme Supervisor to support adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence, community inclusion, and personal development through person-centred support services. ?? Key Responsibilities Support service users to achieve personal goals and access community opportunities Develop and deliver individual support programmes Lead and support a team of staff Promote independent living and person-centred planning Maintain high standards of care, health & safety, and service quality Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external agencies ? Requirements Level 7 qualification in Health & Social Care or related field Experience supporting adults with disabilities Full clean driving licence Experience with person-centred planning and community integration Strong IT and report-writing skills ?? Salary & Benefits €39,120 €47,484 pro rata DOE ?
