About Us We specialise in the installation of security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control systems, and CCTV solutions to clients across Ireland. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Credit Controller to support our finance operations and help maintain strong customer relationships. The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Credit Controller to manage the sales ledger, oversee customer accounts, and ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms. This role plays an important part in maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the companys financial operations and continued growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company sales ledger Prepare and process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms Proactively follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email Reconcile customer accounts and investigate any discrepancies Allocate incoming payments to the correct customer accounts Maintain accurate customer records, including account details and credit limits Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to resolve account queries promptly Prepare aged debtor reports and assist with cash flow reporting Support the Finance Manager with month-end processes and reporting duties What Youll Bring Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Ability to manage workloads accurately and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and flexible approach with a high level of confidentiality Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance administration is desirable Experience using Sage and EZ Management is an advantage, though full training will be provided Why Join Us?
