Finance Manager | Dublin A rapidly growing Irish services group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its senior finance team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to step into a broad and high-impact role within a multi-entity business experiencing strong organic growth and ongoing acquisition activity. Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, the successful candidate will oversee core finance operations, statutory and management reporting, team leadership, and support strategic projects across the group. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly management accounts process and support financial reporting across multiple business units Oversee month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions Manage annual statutory reporting and coordinate external audit processes Supervise Accounts Payable and Payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support cashflow planning, treasury activities, and dividend processes Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting across the group Partner with operational teams to provide commercial insights and financial analysis Drive process improvements and support finance systems migration projects Support acquisition integrations and evolving group structures Ensure compliance across VAT, PAYE/PRSI, Corporation Tax, and other tax obligations Lead and develop a small finance team while collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders Candidate Profile ACA or ACCA qualified with 25 years PQE Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience Previous experience owning full finance processes end-to-end Highly systems-oriented with strong Excel and ERP capability Commercially aware with strong analytical skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Package Salary: €85,000€90,000 Annual performance bonus Pension contribution Permanent full-time role Fully office-based position in Dublin If you are interested in learning more or would like a confidential discussion, please apply directly or message for further details.
