If youre motivated, dependable, and eager to grow, youll find plenty of opportunities to advance within our organization./ppThis role will primarily support Duncanville, Desoto, Red Oak, and Ennis./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliBuild and maintain product displays, ensuring shelves, coolers, and floor placements are fully stocked and visually appealing./liliRotate products to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels according to company standards./liliEnsure all products are accurately priced and labeled./liliExecute planograms, promotional materials, and seasonal display programs./liliPartner with account managers to support sales goals and promotional activities./liliDevelop strong working relationships with store personnel to ensure premium in-store execution and timely resolution of any issues./liliMaintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in all accounts./liliCommunicate inventory and merchandising needs to the appropriate team members./liliSafely operate company vehicle in accordance with company policy./liliRepresent the company and its brands with professionalism, pride, and a focus on customer service./liliEarly morning start times, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on account needs./liliThis is a full-time position with daily local travel between accounts./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required/liliMust be 21 years of age or older/liliValid drivers license with clean driving record/liliPrior merchandising or retail experience preferred/liliStrong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards/liliExcellent communication and relationship-building skills/liliSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision/li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3pThis role requires regular standing, walking, and reaching. Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 150 pounds, as well as climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to carry out the essential duties of the position. Position requires wearing steel-toed footwear.
