Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs and work with team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Follow infection control and center policies
• Measure and record the following; height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and BP as instructed
• Promptly report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor as soon as practical.
