We are looking for a driven, competitive, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to for a career in technology sales and gain hands-on experience in prospecting, outbound sales, and pipeline generation.

As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales organization, responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline for our senior sales team. If you are goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by winning new business, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a future Account Executive.

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach

Identify and engage IT and business decision-makers at target companies

Qualify potential customers by understanding their technology challenges and business needs

Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the senior sales team

Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities

Meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation targets

Maintain accurate prospect and activity tracking within the CRM

Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies

Continuously develop your sales skills, messaging, and industry knowledge

Attend industry events, networking functions, and community meetups-occasionally outside of standard business hours-to build relationships, expand market presence, and generate new sales opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field

02 years of professional experience

Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles is a plus

Internship or part-time sales experience preferred but not required

Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and prospecting

Resilient and persistent with a hunter mentality

Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups

Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or IT services

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience with cold calling or prospecting
