IT Support Technician
to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot a wide range of end-user environments, support business-critical systems, and gain the hands-on technical experience that helps build a long-term IT career.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Beachwood, OH. What You’ll Get Salary starting at

career growth and skill development What You’ll Do Provide support for common business applications including
Microsoft 365 (O365)
through phone, email, remote, and onsite support Support and maintain client networks and security infrastructure including
LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, and switches Troubleshoot issues across a variety of
on-premises and cloud environments Manage and prioritize support tickets while setting clear expectations and delivering excellent customer service Accurately document client issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions Support over
100+ SMB clients , gaining exposure to diverse technologies and business environments What You Bring 0–2 years of hands-on PC support or IT support experience Experience with
