Hauling Application Team
delivering flagship mining technology products. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and evaluate embedded software systems that power autonomous haulage machines. You’ll collaborate with architects, program managers, and global teams to create integrated vehicle‑level solutions with high visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design & implement embedded software
from requirements to production deployment. Contribute to system design
decisions and evaluate tradeoffs. Analyze efficiency & scalability
of system resources. Document designs
and coordinate delivery with partner teams. Collaborate across teams
including platform, validation, product support, and business units. Support validation
by reviewing test plans and triaging system‑level issues. Troubleshoot complex systems
and provide technical solutions. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in
Robotics, Autonomy, or Embedded Systems . Top Skills: Robotics & autonomy fundamentals Effective collaboration across diverse teams Design process & tradeoff evaluation Additional technical skills: embedded software/hardware development, requirements decomposition, risk/benefit analysis, technical writing, troubleshooting complex systems, C++/Python familiarity, Linux environment.
