A senior digital optimisation professional responsible for improving online customer journeys, conversion performance and digital engagement across web and ecommerce platforms. Key focus areas include: Driving conversion and customer experience improvements across critical digital journeys Using analytics, behavioural insight and experimentation to identify optimisation opportunities Leading A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives Translating customer and performance data into actionable commercial recommendations Partnering with Product, UX, Engineering and Digital teams to deliver measurable outcomes Monitoring performance across customer segments, channels and devices Supporting data quality, tagging and measurement best practices Experience & Skills Strong background in CRO, digital analytics, ecommerce performance or experimentation Hands-on experience with GA4, behavioural analytics and testing methodologies Proven ability to improve conversion, engagement and online performance through data-led optimisation Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced digital environments Strong stakeholder communication and insight presentation skills
