This role sits at the intersection of technical web development and marketing execution — requiring hands-on coding proficiency, CMS expertise, and a strong understanding of brand standards, digital strategy, and campaign workflows.Expect a ????????-????????, ????-????????, ????????????–???????????? ???????????????? with competitive salary, full benefits, and direct collaboration with Marketing, Operations, IT, Sales, and Franchise Development.The Website Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Jani-King's corporate and franchise local web presence, while also supporting digital marketing efforts including creative production, email campaigns, and lead generation tools. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.???????? ?????????????? ?????????? ????????: You bring technical precision and creative execution to every project. You manage competing priorities without missing details, communicate clearly across teams, and take full ownership of the digital properties and tools under your care. ? ????????????, ?????????????? & ????????????????: Build and maintain corporate websites and franchise local landing pages across all Jani-King web properties. ? ?????????? ??????????????????: Ensure brand consistency, visual standards, and brand voice across all digital touchpoints. ? ?????? ????????????????????????????: Manage CMS platforms and custom web applications; implement updates and enhancements on schedule. ? ?????????????????????? & ??????????????????????????: Optimize for performance, WCAG compliance, SEO, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness. ? ?????????????????? ??????????????: Troubleshoot website issues and support internal teams. ? ?????????????? ??????????: Build and maintain landing pages for campaigns and lead generation initiatives. ? ???????????????? ??????????????????????????: Partner with Marketing on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and franchise recruitment efforts. ? ?????????????? ????????????????: Develop display banners, digital ads, and branded graphic assets. ? ?????????? ??????????????????: Support email marketing including layout, visual design, and deployment. ? ??????????????: Administer HubSpot for CRM integration, landing page management, and campaign tracking. ? ????????????????: Manage tracking numbers, call workflows, and IT coordination. ? ????????????????: Maintain data integrity; resolve duplicate or conflicting records with Regional Directors. ? ??????????????????????: Support network-wide newsletter communications and platform updates. ? ?????????? ????????????????????: Produce and edit video content for digital advertising and internal communications. ? ?????????? & ?????????? ????????????: Support campaigns and promotional shoots. ? ?????????????? ????????????: Create assets for social media, digital banners, TV/streaming ads, and print. ? 4–6 years of experience in web development and/or digital marketing — combination ???????????????? ?????????????????? ? Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or similar platforms ? Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CallRail, and/or ZoomInfo preferred ? Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools ? Strong understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and WCAG accessibility standards ? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment ? Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across Marketing, Operations, and IT ?
