What you'll do:

Welcome clients and create an elevated guest experience from the moment they walk in

Manage appointments, phone calls, and salon flow like a pro

Recommend memberships, products, and services to clients

Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail area clean, organized, and guest-ready

What we're looking for:

Positive attitude and team-player mentality

Passion for customer service and connecting with people

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Professionalism under pressure and strong communication skills

Ability to stand/walk for 68 hour shifts

ThursdaySunday availability required
