Your new role Your new role as Accounts Payable Administrator will be a key role within the finance function. Your main duties will include: Process and obtain approval for supplier invoices Manage and process credit notes Reconcile creditor statements and summaries Administer creditor earned income claims Process intercompany purchase orders Collaborate closely with operations and merchandising teams to ensure all credits are captured Maintain accurate filing and documentation on a daily basis Support audits and internal finance requests Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries efficiently and professionally Work closely with the Finance team as required.
