Senior Business Analyst Operational Transformation Contract | Cork | Hybrid Working Cpl are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale operational transformation programme. This opportunity would suit a Business Analyst with strong experience in operational transformation, process improvement, enterprise systems implementation, and stakeholder engagement within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries. Key Responsibilities Facilitate cross-functional workshops to analyse and document current-state business processes Identify process inefficiencies, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities Design and document future-state operational processes and workflows Develop process maps, procedures, work instructions, and supporting documentation Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications Support systems implementation, testing, deployment, and process adoption activities Work closely with technical and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes Support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor process effectiveness post-implementation Assist with KPI development, reporting frameworks, and operational performance tracking Develop and deliver user training materials and stakeholder guidance documentation Contribute to change management and user adoption activities across the programme Experience Required Minimum 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Operational Transformation role Strong experience in: Business process mapping and optimisation Requirements gathering and documentation Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement Systems implementation and testing Change management and user training Experience working within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, pharma, or other asset-intensive environments is highly desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation capability Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment Experience working across multidisciplinary operational and technical teams Desirable Experience Experience with enterprise asset management, operational systems, maintenance systems, or asset information environments would be advantageous.
