Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will oversee and execute payroll processes, ensuring accurate payroll transactions, managing garnishments, and ensuring compliance with payroll taxes. Additional responsibilities include processing employee benefits contributions, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring alignment with accounting practices. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of payroll and benefit-related systems.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including processing accurate and timely payroll
Experience with Garnishments and an understanding of compliance requirements
Expertise in Payroll Taxes and Payroll Regulatory Compliance
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and contributions
Strong foundation in Accounting principles relevant to payroll and bookkeeping
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks) is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
