Site Agent Location: This role will be based at our regional office in Kilkenny with regular travel to our sites in the Southeast region. Due to continued growth, new project wins, and contract extensions, Shareridge is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a reliable and experienced Site Agent to join our expanding team working on key utility projects in the Southeast region. As a Site Agent with Shareridge you will be working on one or more projects at any one time, leading teams on the ground and ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, career-focused individual looking to take the next step with one of Irelands fastest-growing civil engineering companies. What Youll Be Doing Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work complies with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards. Review construction work packages and ensure effective planning and execution on-site. Liaise with third-party stakeholders, clients, and utility providers to coordinate efficient delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation. Manage subcontractors in line with project timelines and specifications. Provide regular updates and reporting to the Project Manager. What Were Looking For Proven experience in a similar Site Agent role within water or wastewater industry. Strong subcontractor management skills and a hands-on approach to site leadership. Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A full Irish driving licence is required.
