This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle across strategic accounts within the Banking and Insurance sectors, with potential expansion into other regulated industries. The ideal candidate is a consultative enterprise seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience selling complex software solutions to senior decision-makers. This role will focus heavily on new logo acquisition, while also developing long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. Sales Executives will collaborate with Clients network of global system integrators and technology partners to drive market expansion and deliver value-based solutions to customers./ppThe ideal candidate is:/pulliA high-energy sales hunter who enjoys building new relationships and creating opportunities/liliA consultative seller capable of understanding complex business problems and positioning technology solutions/liliComfortable engaging with enterprise executives and technology leaders/liliHighly self-motivated and able to manage a complex sales cycle independently/liliSkilled in navigating large organizations and multi-stakeholder buying processes/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory and target industries./liliManage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and deal closure./liliDevelop strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations and expand relationships with key stakeholders./liliBuild trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers./liliWork collaboratively with internal teams including presales, delivery, marketing, and partner alliances to drive successful outcomes./liliPartner with system integrators and technology partners to identify and pursue joint opportunities./liliConduct industry and client research to understand business challenges and position Clients solutions effectively./liliMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility within CRM./liliMeet or exceed assigned revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis./li/ulpRequirements:/pulli5 - 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industries./liliDemonstrated success selling complex enterprise technology solutions with long sales cycles./liliProven ability to build consultative relationships with senior business and technology leaders./liliStrong track record of new business development and quota achievement./liliAbility to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans./liliExperience working cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and partner teams./li/ulpPreferred Experience:/pulliExperience selling solutions such as:/liliBusiness Process Management (BPM)/liliEnterprise Content Management (ECM)/liliCase Management Platforms/liliLow-code / No-code development platforms/liliHyperautomation or workflow automation technologies/liliExperience working with system integrators or channel partners is also highly desirable./li/ulpEducation:/pulliBachelors degree required./li/ulpTerritory:/pulliCovers the Southeast region./liliTerritories may evolve as the business grows./li/ulpWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, ADD, tuition reimbursement, and more.
