Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

Prince-Collins Consultancy is acting on behalf of Cohen Campbell , a highly regarded boutique commercial law firm based in the heart of the City of London. Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, the firm is seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its dynamic and entrepreneurial team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys autonomy, values a collegiate environment, and is keen to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful boutique practice.

The firm acts for a strong portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and SMEs , offering a broad mix of residential and commercial property work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, and development work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and firm growth
• Working closely with partners on high-value transactions

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE
• Strong experience across both residential and commercial property
• An existing client following will be advantageous , or the proven ability to generate
• work
• Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and client management skills
