About the Job The Assistant Restaurant Manager at our Puckett’s location in the Nashville Airport plays a key leadership role in supporting daily restaurant operations inside a fast-paced airport environment. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Support: Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and shift execution. Lead by example with a strong hospitality-first mindset. Help coach, train, and motivate team members. Reinforce accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Assist with pre-shift meetings and team alignment. Operations & Execution: Assist with opening and closing duties. Support smooth floor flow, staffing, and service execution. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control. Follow all airport compliance and security requirements. Performance & Compliance: Assist with scheduling, labor, and shift support as needed. Help manage waste, product handling, and upselling efforts. Communicate operational updates and concerns to management. Support onboarding, training, and company standards (AHA & SLA). Ensure compliance with company, TSA, and airport regulations. Qualifications: 1–3 years of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience (airport or high-volume preferred). Basic knowledge of POS systems and operational reporting. Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must pass airport background check and obtain required security badge. Benefits: Paid Time Off. Health Insurance.
