Patient Care I - PCT - Oncology Ambulatory Services Limited hours - evening shift - 20 hours. The hours for this position are 11:00am to 11:30pm -and- 3:00pm to 11:30p
Patient Care Technicians at The Johns Hopkins Hospital provide highly skilled and compassionate patient and family-centered care as a contributing member of the health care team. Ongoing education is provided to all Patient Care Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year, you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit, which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required. One year of clinical experience e.g., home care, outpatient, acute care (hospital preferred) technician experience during the most recent two years in a setting relevant to the unit. BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.41/hour - Maximum 27.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
