We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across a growing organization. This role partners with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of a new, scalable application for the product and sales teams. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Analyze current processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories Support solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and system documentation Collaborate with developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles Create process maps, workflows, and related documentation Ensure solutions align with business goals and operational efficiency Support projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, equivalent, or related work experience 3+ Experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or application development projects Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with process mapping, testing, and documentation Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise systems or technology implementations Exposure to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and business analysis best practices
