This temporary Fire Safety Watcher role offers steady hours and the opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established manufacturing company. Strong performers may be considered for other long-term roles upon completion of the assignment.

POSITION Fire Safety Watcher

JOB LOCATION Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM Temporary (34 months)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) Weekend 2nd Shift (FriSun, 5:00pm5:00am; work 36 hours, paid for 40)

STARTING PAY $18 per hour

BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, referral bonuses

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous work history with strong attendance; manufacturing experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Walk the facility to monitor for fire and safety hazards
• Complete routine safety checks and document findings on a clipboard
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all safety protocols
• Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read and write clearly for documentation purposes
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire 12-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Successfully pass a basic background check and pre-employment drug screen
