Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude./ppRequirements: High School Diploma/GED required./ppPreferred: Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
