A leading gaming technology company is hiring a Systems & Network Administrator for a full-time onsite role in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This is a strong fit for an infrastructure professional with deep Linux systems experience, solid network administration capability, and the ability to support a mixed enterprise environment across servers, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, security, monitoring, and core business applications. What You Will Do Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers with a strong emphasis on RHEL, along with Windows Server environments. Support VMware-based virtual infrastructure, patching, performance tuning, upgrades, and ongoing system reliability. Manage enterprise Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access controls. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, VoIP, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues across the environment. Support enterprise applications, SQL Server, Citrix, backup processes, and monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, BMC Patrol, Tivoli, or similar tools. Serve as an escalation point for complex systems and network issues, root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and support occasional field work when needed. Mentor junior IT staff and contribute to infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational best practices. Required Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise systems and network administration experience. Strong hands-on Linux administration experience, preferably RHEL. Windows Server administration experience in a production environment. VMware administration experience. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Network troubleshooting experience across LAN/WAN, VPN, VoIP, switching, and firewalls. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work onsite in Harrisburg, PA and participate in an on-call rotation. U.S. citizenship required. No sponsorship is available. Must be able to pass background, credit, and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Cisco and/or Fortinet experience. SQL Server and Citrix experience. Scripting or automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or similar tools. Experience with regulated, audit-driven, or security-sensitive IT environments.
