A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is seeking a Quality & Specifications Coordinator to join their Group R&D / Technical function based in Longford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in quality, compliance, specifications, or food manufacturing administration who enjoys detail-focused work and cross-functional collaboration. The successful person will play a key role in managing customer specifications, product documentation, and packaging/artwork compliance across multiple product formats. Key Responsibilities Preparation and maintenance of customer specifications across online and customer portals Review and update of product documentation and technical information Support packaging and artwork approval processes to ensure legal and customer compliance Ensure all specifications and labels meet internal, regulatory, and customer standards Maintain accurate version control and documentation for audits and certifications Liaise with QA, R&D, production, and commercial teams to ensure information remains accurate and up to date Assist with quality systems and compliance-related administration About You Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, QA, compliance, or specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working across systems and documentation Good communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Food Science qualification or related background advantageous Nice to Have Experience working with customer specifications Exposure to packaging/artwork or labelling compliance Knowledge of retailer or regulatory standards within food manufacturing Whats on Offer Opportunity to join a growing and collaborative business Exposure across group-level technical and R&D activities Strong long-term career development potential Supportive and team-oriented environment If you would like more to apply please do so here, or contact Claire on for more information Skills: artwork technologist Quality
