Elusav Recruitment has a great opportunitywith one of Ireland's most respected and long-standing construction contractors, who are seeking an Junior Estimator to join their growing MEP Business Unit. Based in Dublin. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop into an estimating and commercial function. Youd gain exposure to estimating, procurement, package management and preconstruction while working alongside experienced professionals on some of the largest and most technically interesting projects currently being delivered. Responsibilities: Support the preparation of timely detailed cost estimates in support of tender bids. Engage with the supply chain during the tender process to secure accurate pricing for packages of works. Support effective handover of tender estimates to project teams when the contract has been awarded. Maintain a strategic oversight of macro conditions in developing bid-winning strategies. Requirements: Relevant Third level BSc in Quantity Surveying. Minimum 1+ year experience with estimation. Previous experience with a main contractor (ideally Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres, Hi-Tech). Analytical approach to estimating.
