Territory Representative

Bath Tune-Up Midlothian and West End is growing at an exciting pace, and we're looking for a motivated Territory Representative to join our team! What You'll Do:

• Prequalify warm leads through pre-appointment phone calls
• Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
• Sell based on service and solutionnot product or price
• Communicate updates with clients and ensure a smooth project experience

Who You Are:

• Confident in a consultative sales role (or similar experience)
• Strong listener who can identify needs and recommend tailored solutions to client needs
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory and schedule independently
• In-home sales experience preferred
• Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
