Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday - Friday Weekend Rotation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care and rehabilitation for clients with acquired brain injuries and stroke.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to emergent needs.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and adaptive techniques.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs for clinical excellence.
