divh2Front End Associate/h2pThe Front End Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction is at its highest within our store. The Front End Associate is often the first and last person a customer will have any interaction with during their shopping experience. Front End Associates are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate check out to customers./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide outstanding customer service./liliOperate Point of Sale Equipment./liliTake responsibility of a cash drawer during the shift./liliProperly bags groceries and loads them into customers vehicles carefully and neatly./liliStocks shelves and rotate items as necessary./liliBring in carts from the parking lot./liliMaintain a neat and organized till./liliFill bag stations and stock registers with needed supplies/liliPick up trash from the parking lot./liliFollow security procedures./liliPerforms night maintenance duties as directed./liliAdhere to company policy and local/state law on the sale of alcohol and tobacco products./liliAny other responsibilities as assigned by manager./li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliMay be exposed to all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, ice and wind) as well as, inside work with variations in heat, cold, dust, and humidity./liliFast paced retail environment./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliFrequently moves, lifts, and carries merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance. Occasionally moves, lifts, and carries merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds./liliOccasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching, and twisting with or without bearing weight. Occasionally required to climb and/or crawl./liliStands or walks continuously throughout the shift./li/ulh3Qualifications Other Job Requirements/h3ulliPrevious experience in a retail or grocery environment preferred, but not required./liliAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed./liliMinimum age requirement = 16 years old./li/ul/div
