  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and consistently closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Background selling into industrial, commercial, facilities, or related markets preferred
