About the Role As Corporate Controller, you will help guide this transformation by building the financial foundation required to support growth, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide clear insight into the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the next chapter of Endpoint’s operations.
You will act as a trusted partner to the CFO and leadership team, helping to modernize Endpoint’s accounting and reporting infrastructure, strengthen internal controls, and scale financial operations to support an expanding product and customer base. Finance at Endpoint is not just about reporting results; it is a strategic function that enables confident decision‑making, sustainable growth, and long‑term success.
What You Will Do
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with ASC 606, ASC 842, purchase accounting and all other GAAP requirements for financial reporting.
Manage Finance as a Service Partner in executing day‑to‑day and month close accounting activities.
Own monthly, quarterly, and year‑end three statements financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial operations to safeguard company assets.
Ensure efficient use of working capital through accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) oversight.
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage commission calculations and payments.
Lead audit preparation and support, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, including corporate income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, and nexus compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting and financial operations.
What Makes You a Fit
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA with progressive accounting experience in an established company, firm, or startup.
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with prior experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in a high‑growth, PE or venture backed SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, including experience with RevRec (ASC 606)
Proven experience with audit preparation and tax compliance.
Experience with cloud‑based accounting software (e.g., Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and driving results.
Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
Experience in partnering with FP&A on budgeting and cash forecasting initiatives.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation The base salary is estimated at $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience and performance.
