What is in it for you?
As an ETL Data Architect you will work on an Agile team building healthcare applications, ensuring best coding practices and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable ETL solutions to support analytics, reporting, and operational data needs.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and Spark on Databricks.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all data flows.
Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Lead data migration and integration efforts across legacy and modern platforms.
Document data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering.
Experience & Qualifications
12+ Years of relevant experience in data architecture and ETL development.
Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Location Remote (United States)
Compensation Estimated salary range: $140,000 to $155,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.
