Production Floor Supervisor Vickerstock, in partnership with a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Production Floor Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading production teams, and ensuring high standards across safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Production & Team Leadership Production Operations Health, Safety & Hygiene Quality & Compliance Communication & Coordination Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to motivate, train, and develop production teams. Strong organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure. Flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced production environment. Strong commitment to health, safety, and operational best practices. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
