Claims Handler (Remote, Ireland) Salary: €30,000 €32,000 This highly successful underwriter are hiring a customer-focused individual to manage motor claims from first notification through to resolution, ensuring a high standard of service at all times. Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls and emails professionally Assess and process claims in line with policy terms Communicate claim decisions clearly (verbal & written) Provide advice on policy coverage Manage claims through to completion with regular follow-up Liaise with internal teams and external providers Work to KPIs and maintain accurate records Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years Motor Insurance experience APA, or full CIP Strong communication skills Ability to make decisions under pressure Proactive and detail-oriented Team player, comfortable working remotely Skills: Insurance Administration Benefits: Work From Home Remote Pension
