Requirements: Demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role in the hospitality industry. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Passionate about food, service, dining, and the restaurant industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experience. Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations. Assist the General Manager in managing financial aspects of the operation. Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and a memorable experience.
