Lead One of South Florida's Top Healthy Fast Casual Restaurants Vale Healthy Kitchen is hiring a General Manager to take the reins of our Delray Beach location. With 10 Locations across Florida and a loyal following of health-conscious guests, busy professionals, and gym-goers, we've built something people genuinely love — craveable, made-to-order healthy food that doesn't compromise on flavor. We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader to elevate this store to its full potential. Why Vale? Competitive base salary plus monthly performance bonus tied to sales and profitability Clear path to multi-unit leadership as we continue expanding across Florida Paid time off, employee meals, and real mentorship from an owner-operator who's been in your shoes A supportive corporate team (Area Managers, Culinary, Ops) who set you up to win — not bury you in red tape What You'll Do Run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume fast casual restaurant Hire, train, and develop a team that genuinely cares about hospitality Own your P&L — drive sales, manage labor and food cost, and hit weekly KPI targets Deliver a guest experience so good people become regulars Keep the kitchen and front-of-house running at the highest standards of cleanliness, speed, and quality Partner with your Area Manager and corporate team on local marketing, community engagement, and catering growth What We're Looking For 7+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or full service) Track record of hitting labor and food cost targets Strong leader who builds teams people want to work for Comfortable with technology — POS, scheduling, inventory, reporting Passion for healthy food and hospitality (you don't have to be a health nut, but you should believe in what we're selling) Available to work nights and weekends as needed — you set the standard on the floor Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation $65,000 – $75,000 base salary (based on experience) Monthly bonus potential of $500 – $1,500+ based on store performance Paid time off Employee meals Health benefits available Ready to lead?
